Founded in 2003, Beng Chee Air-Con & Construction was incorporated as a Private Limited company in 2010 after crossing the million-dollar revenue mark. For over 20 years we have delivered commercial ACMV and ducting works across Singapore's healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Established in 2003 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated as a Private Limited company in 2010, we specialise in commercial ACMV design-and-build, GI ductwork fabrication, and mechanical works across Singapore's healthcare, commercial, defence, and industrial sectors. Equipped with computerised in-house ductwork fabrication and a team of 8-10 specialist staff, we have grown from a startup contractor to delivering contracts exceeding $1.5 million - managing every project from drawing to commissioning under one roof.

We manage the complete project cycle - from initial ACMV system design and PE endorsement through to installation, air-balancing, and final commissioning. One team, one contract, full accountability at every stage.
All GI ductwork is fabricated in our own workshop to exact site dimensions - slip & drive joints, reducers, radius elbows, flexible connections and access panels - giving us tighter quality control and faster turnaround than subcontracted fabrication.
From fan coil units and air-handling plants to fresh-air intake, exhaust and pressurisation systems, we install and commission ACMV across commercial offices, F&B outlets, healthcare facilities and industrial buildings - built to BCA and SS standards and maintained under long-term service contracts.
Air-handling units, GI supply and return ductwork, flexible duct connections, supply air diffusers, volume control dampers, and fresh-air systems - designed, fabricated in-house, and installed to BCA and SS standards across commercial and healthcare buildings.

Turnkey ACMV design-and-build for a F&B tenancy fit-out - encompassing system layout, structural endorsement by a registered PE, supply air distribution, air-balancing, and full commissioning to BCA standards.
Specialist ACMV works for a clinical MRI environment - supply and installation of insulated panel enclosures, supply air diffusers, return grilles, flexible duct connections, and volume control dampers, executed to the exacting standards of a live hospital facility.
Specialist ACMV and ventilation works for a radiation therapy suite - coordinating airflow, pressurisation and thermal control to meet the stringent requirements of a clinical treatment environment.
